3. Account Registration

  • You may need to create an account to place orders and track purchases.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display product details, images, and prices accurately; however, minor variations may occur.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email/SMS.
  • Payments are processed through our third-party, RBI-approved payment gateway. LocalShop does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.
  • In case of a failed transaction where an amount has been debited, any applicable refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines mentioned on the Site are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Free delivery is offered on orders above the threshold mentioned on the Site (currently ₹499); a delivery charge may apply below this amount.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund requests are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, available on the Site. Please refer to that page for eligibility, timelines, and process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the LocalShop name, logo, text, graphics, images, and design — is the property of LocalShop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written consent.
